Warlocks shouldn't have a flying mount. They should have wings, like the Tier 6 ones. You activate them like the Druid's flight form and fly away with badass demonic wings,
raining fire upon
burninating
innocent villages like an insane dragon.
In the niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight?

I've been thinking about this greatly, considering paladins pretty much get their individual mounts.
My theory: warlocks would get different summon mounts, depending on what race they are. For example, orc warlocks would get a burning wolf, or a hell hound, and undead warlocks would get a burning skeletal horse.
I half-expect there to be flames for this, so if you have to, go ahead. I'm just throwing this out there.
edit: when I was talking about paladins getting their individual mounts, I was thinking more about draenei getting exarch mounts, and taurens getting sunwalker mounts. (this is looking at Cataclysm)
This really doesn't make sense for warlocks, as felsteeds/dreadsteeds are actual demons found in the Twisting Nether. With the different paladin mounts it makes sense as they're all from different orders. Humans/dwarves are from the Silver Hand, so they use the horse. Draenei are Vindicators, so they use the Elekk. Tauren are Sunwalkers so they use a kodo. And blood elves are blood knights so they use their own horse.
Warlocks don't belong to an organization like this, and as the class is all about demons and such, it makes sense for them to share two mounts because they are actual demons.
Not saying it wouldn't be cool, but they would have to come up with another demonic mount that fit the lore.
