I Can Hardly Beat ANY Class In 1v1/Duels

I'm a Rogue btw.
First just let me say I absolutely 100% realise that WoW's PvP isn't balanced for 1v1/duels, but that shouldn't prevent me from winning a duel at least once in a while. I've been playing my Rogue for around 2 & a half years now, and used to LOVE dueling. The past several months though, whenever I go out into Durotar for a duel, I'd lose. It's gotten to the point where I know for a fact, even before seeing the players outside Orgrimmar I know I'm going to lose every single fight.
Now I'm not the best PvP'er by FAR and I know I'm probably not playing right whatsoever when it comes to PvP, but no matter how many guides I read, no matter how many videos I watch etc, I still can't seem to take anything in and I panic too much & blow all my CDs straight away.
Let me give you a quick rundown of how every fight goes against each class when I duel:
Warrior
Sap>Cheap Shot>Muti>Muti>Kidney Shot>Muti>Slice n Dice>Muti>Muti>Envenom
By this time, he's out of the stun & is attacking me, so I Dismantle. That's 10 seconds or so worth of DPS from me. I then use Evasion after he gets his weapons back. Somehow during this time I've lost half my health and I don't know how, as he A) had no weapons and B) I was dodging most of his attacks with Evasion. Anyway, I carry on using mutilate & then Cold Blood + Envenom, but get stunned by his moves (not sure which). By the time I'm out of the stun, I'm dead.
Mage
Sap>Garrote
He blinks away & I'm already snared due to his armour buff. He then frostbolts me so I pop Cloak of Shadows & sprint towards him & Kidney Shot, followed usually by Muti>SnD. Basically the rest of the fight is him kiting me CONSTANTLY & seeing as how I've already used CoS, I can't do anything whatsoever.
Death Knight
Sap>Cheap Shot>Muti>Muti>Kidney Shot>Muti>Slice n Dice>Muti>Muti>Envenom
Basically the same as fighting a Warrior, I Dismantle him followed by Evasion once he gets his weapons back, but due to his pet I'm losing health at an alarming rate, and by the time my evasion is up, I've been stunned to death somehow & I'm dead.
Druid
Sap>Cheap Shot>Muti>Muti>Kidney Shot>Muti>Slice n Dice>Muti>Muti>Envenom
I then usually get rooted while he runs away and attacks from distance, unless it's a bear druid then I get loads of bleeds on me which I can't seem to take off with CoS & I'm dead within a matter of seconds.
Paladin
I use the same tactics as when fighting Warriors & DKs really.
Priest
Sap>Cheap Shot>Muti>Muti>Kidney Shot>Muti>Slice n Dice>Muti>Muti>Envenom
If it's a Shadow Priest, he'll then usually pop Dispersion & when that runs out I'll get feared & he'll put a load of DoTs on me. As I'm running back he'll be mind flaying me. Now the problem is, I usually trinket his fear & pop CoS straight away to get rid of all the DoTs, but even then when I get close I don't know what it is he's using but I still can hardly hit him. A few seconds later, I'm dead. Having already used my trinket & CoS to get rid of the fear & DoTs, I don't really have anything else. People say to me "you shouldn't have used your trinket & CoS so quickly" but when else do I use it? It seems that if I wasn't to use my trinket & CoS I'd be dead due to the fear & the DoTs, while he just mind flays me on the way back to him.
If it's a Disc priest, well, I can't touch them whatsoever.
Warlock
Now locks are meant to be an easy fight if you're a Rogue, but I can never beat them. They basically do the same type of thing as Shadow Priests (fear + DOT DOT DOT DOT DOT) but they have a pet aswell, which can charm/stun/dps or whatever. I've no idea how to beat these, and often panic causing me to pop CoS & trinket straight away.
Rogue
I don't particularly have that much of a problem with Rogues tbh, unless they get the first shot ofc.
Shaman
The same goes for Shamans, as they're usually quite easy to kill, unless of course they pop their wolves cooldown, and then I die within a few seconds as I get slowed down somehow aswell so I can't catch up to the Shaman, and his wolves are just eating away at me.
Hunter
Along with Mages, Hunters are probably my worst enemy when it comes to duels. They do the basic flare on top of a trap thing usually. OK so I disarm the trap & that's fine, but that doesn't prevent the flare from being there. Anyway, I usually wait it out until they get bored and move away from the flare/trap, but as soon as I open on them with Cheap Shot etc, by the time it's up their pet has already taken a large chunk of health out of me, and now they're free to run away & kite me to hell. It's like a neverending kite fest when I play against Hunters. Just like Mages, I can't get close to them WHATSOEVER & within a couple of seconds I'm dead.
Now I obviously haven't given you my EXACT tactics for fighting each class, as it changes often and due to it being PvP you have to make split second decisions, but it seems the decisions I make are often terrible, which leaves me open for attack or to be kited some more.
I keep seeing Rogues & other players outside Orgrimmar with stats like 2500 Duels won, 700 Lost etc, and I just don't understand how they manage it. In PvE I'm brilliant, topping DPS charts 9 times out of 10, but in PvP I seem to be awful. I just don't know what to do and it seems every single player can beat me. I roam into Durotar sometimes and think "there's gotta be somebody here I can beat, not everybody is imba" but no matter who I fight, I lose. It's like everybody knows their class 100% and knows how to handle each situation no matter what. I thought that having played my class for around 3 years now, I'd know what to do, but I just don't and it's extremely frustrating.
Whilst I love the PvP side of the game, losing every single time I duel somebody is making me stray away from it, and I don't particularly want that. I'd like to get better but I don't know how. As I said, no matter how many guides I read & no matter how many videos I watch online I can't seem to take in any of the advice, and when it comes down to the duel, I just use the same tactics I've always used. The fact that I panic straight away & blow all my CDs is also a major problem for me, as I don't know the best time to use them, so I never really save them for when I really need them.
Anyway, if you guys could help me out somehow (although I don't really know HOW tbh, as I can never seem to improve) it'd be absolutely brilliant & much appreciated.
Thanks guys.

First, post on the rogue boards for help with rogues.
Second, I'm a rogue with no problems dueling. Read some PVP guides and visit the rogue board for the latest updates for 4.0.

That is a big part of your problem, trust me when I say that. I used to be the same way, learning to calm down and focus on what your doing instead of freaking out is something you have to learn to do in order to be successfull in dueling and Arena.

Armory.

Well, i can kind of stop right here and say thats your problem lol..
Anyways lets continue.
(Wall of text inc)
Warrior
Sap>Cheap Shot>Muti>Muti>Kidney Shot>Muti>Slice n Dice>Muti>Muti>Envenom
By this time, he's out of the stun & is attacking me, so I Dismantle. That's 10 seconds or so worth of DPS from me. I then use Evasion after he gets his weapons back. First of all kidney shot now shares dr with cheap shot.
So either open with something else or open with cheap shot, but dont use kidney shot untill the dr resets.
Snd is far from mandatory in pvp, basicly never needed in duels.
Also your blow dismantle and evasion too soon and both.
You should have atleast one of those two, to counter his bladestorm.
Also be warned that warriors can use their skill overpower if you got evasion up.
Its a skill that only gets available after a dodge and hits quite hard.
Thats why evasion isnt really prefered to used against warriors.
Mage
I have a feeling that you are relying too much on snd.
Your start is good and when that kidney shot lands, just nuke the &*!@ out of them.
Pop them cds.
Although be warned, he'll prolly iceblock this.
Also dont be afraid to use vanish in this fight.
Im going to add that winning from a frost mage as mutilate currently is really hard.
We've lost preparation which was our major plus against them.
Read above abt snd, cheapshot/kidney shot.
Btw we now have recuperate which is pretty nice, dont be afraid to use this..
Read above.
Btw its a good idea to use blind aswell.
This can force a trinket or a restealth for you.
Both are good things.
Paladin
I use the same tactics as when fighting Warriors & DKs really.
Hmm..
If it's a Disc priest, well, I can't touch them whatsoever.
Dont be afraid to use your trinket or cos, both dont use them at the same time.
Imo i'd trinket the first fear, cloak after the horror and finish the job.
Though this is very narrow and cocky.
There is no set thing in pvp.
Panic is not your friend.
Like i said before spread out your cds, so that you have one defensive cd for his attacking moments.
Dont forget abt recuperate btw.
Rogue
I don't particularly have that much of a problem with Rogues tbh, unless they get the first shot ofc.
xD
Shaman
The same goes for Shamans, as they're usually quite easy to kill, unless of course they pop their wolves cooldown, and then I die within a few seconds as I get slowed down somehow aswell so I can't catch up to the Shaman, and his wolves are just eating away at me.
Vanish and just wait till everything expires.
Pisses them off, but ensures a win.
Counterclass.
Dont really want to go to deep in this.
Every duel i do against a hunter is different and the different varieties are just too long to write down.
It's like everybody knows their class 100% and knows how to handle each situation no matter what.
I think your are lackish in terms of pvp, your pvp gear is lackluster and you have no idea about the classes you are fighting against.
To clarify the last:
Ive read a few times in this post with you saying 'and he stuns me with i dont know what', 'then he does this i dont know its name', ...
I hope i've been clear.

I've never played a rogue, but I've played a warrior for a long time.
When I see a rogue pop evasion, I know I'm going to overpower him every single gcd until it ends and he's probably going down.
More helpful: Get bleeds up and kite him 5-7 yards away, he can't charge. When he starts bladestorming, disarm.

You should have atleast
one of those two
, to counter his bladestorm.

As a DK I always trinket the blind or kidney shot, depending on when each is used. If I trinket the blind then i'll use my ghoul stun on your kidney shot to keep you down as long as I am, a quick word of advice: If he has a perma ghoul, NUKE IT immediately. Then he has nothing to CC you with.

I was responding to Badguy, but if you want to get nitpicky, Sprint is a third option to bladestorm.
Correct me if I'm wrong, (and I probably will be), but wouldn't most warriors hamstring before a bladestorm to prevent this from happening?
