Nowhere can I find a decent pvp build

I have looked on one of the threads and googled for a current pvp build but a lot of them got points into something I would not put points into, or, have points missing where I think they really should be put into. I have seen pvp builds w/ no points into ancestral swift but points in the rest tree. Don't think that's right, imo.
Anyway, this is what I have but I am not sure about a couple of things, priority wise:
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/stormreaver/oakidoaki/talent/primary
I like elemental devastation but, how many non-periodic spells to I have,..the frost and nature shock, with a 6 sec cd. Is that worth it? If they don't crit, it's a waste. If yes, where do I take points out off?
Only points I can think of is from toughness but I like the reduced stun.
Or is my build okay?
I am not asking because I struggle in pvp. On the contrary, this is a beast, lol. Just want to make sure I am specced right.
Thanks for the help.

Here's an idea that may suit you. Quit relying on other people to tell you what is effective to spec in. If you think that some things are worth putting points into and others aren't, then spec that.
Here's an idea that may suit you, if you have nothing to contribute to valid questions, don't post. There AREN'T any PvP stickies for Cata.
Yeah, Rosharr, what is that all about? lol,...sure, you got a point, but, if everybody would think like you, great sites like Wowhead and their helpful posters would not exist.

EJ does good work that I respect, but I'm against EJ being the supreme authority on everything WoW. The WoW community is growing complacent and is getting too used to having the answers just handed to them.
What happened here is that the OP knew what he wanted and didn't want in a spec and knew how well he was performing in his spec, which was well built in the first place, but because there weren't any stickies, he started second-guessing his spec and came to post. All I'm saying is that the community as a whole is growing too dependent on other people telling them what's right and what's wrong and should show a little bit more initiative in finding useful specs, as well as playing what they enjoy and not the Flavor of the Month*. Now I apologize for being so rude in my first post, but I do believe my point is valid.
*I do not accuse the OP of being a FOTM player
You are not a bit insane are you? Go back and read what you write and see how ridiculous your post is. It's all about getting advice to get better and even maybe just to confirm that you have done the right thing. I bet even YOU searched for advice at one point? You got advice, you tried it out, it worked, you maybe learned something new along the way,....you pass it on to others. Also, re-read MY original post. I had specific questions about two talents, not just to come on here for someone to confirm that I have done it right. It's a forum to GET advice! Dude, get a life, lol!
BTW,...thank you for the other posters for all the help,..EVEN though, as you have heard what Rosh said, Im suppose to figure it out on my own :)
