Concerns with leveling in Vashj'ir

So I am soon to start leveling my uber-great -much-better-than-yours-will-ever-be Shammy Haxzor, and as all the good Shaman do I play Elemental (go look at Thrall, he's busting out all his elements to single-handedly save the world).
When it comes to the new zones there's the choice between Hyjal and Vashj'ir.
Hyjal is full of hippy druids and night elves trying to save some stupidly over fertilized tree from some of the most awesome and powerful Elementals known to the races of Azeroth. Being the stalwart Shaman I am, I'm disgusted by the workings of the druid and their incorrect bending of nature to their will, also as a proud member of the clearly better faction: The Horde, why would I in my right mind help any night elf, let alone Malfurion Stormgay.
So this leaves Vashj'ir as my leveling zone of choice, and with this decision comes the truly shocking revelation that my beloved Haxzor may come into serious harm when trying to harness the powers of the great elements. Anyone who grew up alongside Ash Ketchum and his annoying rat Pikachu will know that (through a tedious episode when Ash gets beat up by everyone from a girl to some perverted blasian to his own slave rat) water conducts electricity, recently I have discovered that Lightning Bolt would probably have some form of current (I mean we're not just giving the enemy melanoma with our light beams), and as Vashj'ir is entirely submerged I thought that by using Lightning Bolt/Chain Lightning I would be putting every living thing within the ocean in mortal danger, because I am just that powerful.
But being the intellect I am, I remembered that Blizzard added a second way for us, the Warriors of the Elements, to deal damage.
Fire
.
Upon this remembrance terrible images flooded back from the time I attempted to solo Misty and her mighty Starmie/Staryu combo with my fledgling Charmander. Once again Pokemon taught me an essential life lesson, Water>Fire.
My concerns about leveling in Vashj'ir were 100% correct.
This lead to me making this post, right here, right now. Blizzard needs to realise the folly they have made in relation to Elemental Shaman wishing to level in Vashj'ir. I suggest they immediately add Water/Ice and Air based nukes to our spell list and to give me, Grand Elementalist Haxzor the Renowned Champion of Azeroth and its Denizens, a new flying/ground/underwater mount that is a gnome. Just because I am that awesome.
p.s. This post was mainly made because I was bored with people asking things about Resto (the boring spec)
p.p.s If you think you are a better Shaman than me, think again, because you are not.

Dear Haxzor,
It is with sadness that I observe the gradual darkening of your inner turmoil - did you not cleanse it in Dragonblight?
As you are aware, Azeroth has been effectively shattered by a nemesis to all, yet you are reluctant to join with your fellow beings and assist in the return of order and peace. The druids are not to be sneered at, look at what Naralex has accomplished through the cleansing of Wailing Caverns in The Barrens! Remarkable!
We implore you to travel to the World Tree and offer your services to the druids as soon as possible.
Your concerns about your elemental spells are noted, yet you seem to have forgotten that water is also an element which we use for healing. Thus, you will not find that water will conduct electricity and fry your brains nor anything else in the vicinity.
It seems that the power which the elements grant you have gone to your oversized brain recepticle, so I have suggested that High Shaman Raz'gul revoke your membership of the Earthen Ring. Perhaps you may find employment in the Cleft of Shadows, where I hear that folk there are more akin to your selfish and soon to be evil beliefs.
May the elements be kind to you on your travels,
Chief Shaman Rajaz

Dear Haxzor.
It would seem that you have finally recovered after
your latest defeat
.
However, being the generous shaman I am, I will toss aside our differences, and assist you in your problems with the elements, that all shaman - young or old - will experience at some point.
See, while our infinite might can be used to cause great havoc, we also strive to achieve balance in the world (something our good friend Thrall also knows a great deal about). As thus, while our lightning
can
conduct severely through the harsh environments of Vashj'ir, you should know that we can, with our superior mental capacity, can harness that power and guide to only harm our true targets.
An example of this going wrong, was back in not so long ago, where we elemental shaman were taught how to charge our lightning powers, that usually defended us from attackers, to unleash that might upon foes. Being covered in swirly balls of lightning, and unleashing that ... well, let's just say it didn't end
all that well in all cases
.
The morale is, that with further guidance from the elements, and a greater understanding of lightning-conduction, it's very possible to
only
hurt your enemies in watery areas.
Let me know if you need any further guidance.

I got your secret message my frenemy. After a few
Sulfuron Slammers
I am known to get a little bit funky. But I dont see how that has anything to do with the problem at hand.
You can't have my
Windfury
.
You can keep your primitive elemental enchants to yourself. Only a fool would need to physically combat with another to use their powers. You don't even damage the foe with the full mighty force of Al'Akir, you simply beg him to hasten your blows.

Ah, alcohol of the Fire Lord. That would result in some connection to Hyjal, after all, wouldn't it?
Regardless, my point is that, with sufficient training, your lightning
can
will be able to ignore the conducts, and be guided without executing the whole of the oceans.
