you're probably better off questing and queing up for instances, but ya to lvl up in through pvp just que up and you get xp for things like winning, capping flag, and HKs?

As compared to questing, it does take a fair amount of time (much longer), unless your a pvp fanatic there's no reason for you to level through pvp.

1. Wait for the weekends
2. Open your Random Battlegrounds menu, see if any entry there is marked "Call to Arms"
3. If "yes" (choose that)
4. Enter Battlegrounds
5. Win
6. Enjoy lots of XP
I also have anecdotal evidence that choosing "Random Battlegrounds" (available after level 40) will also give you extra XP bonus if you win. The last time I did this, my level 51 Priest gets 40000 XP off an Eye of the Storm victory.

Yeah, leveling through PvP is A LOT longer. No where close to comparable XP to questing/dungeons. Sometimes its worth it on holiday weekends for some BGs.

I leveled a Rogue from 10-19 in WSG as an experiment once. I probably could have quested my way to 30 in the time it took, but it was quite enjoyable. If you like running BGs, you'll possibly have fun. If you want to level quickly, quest while waiting for LFD/BG queues, and only do BGs during the weekend holidays.

Do both.
If your horde your not gonna have instant queues (10 mins or so avg) so just queue up for a bg and go and quest.
Its all about what you like doing i enjoy questing but i enjoy burning gnomes alot more.

I leveled a rogue through the BG's. It really doesn't take any longer if you do it right.
I actually quite enjoyed doing it this way.
First get heirlooms if you can, to speed it up.
Second, supplement BG's ques for dungeons, while doing your quest.
Third, avoid WSG when other BG's become available..the time/HP ratio is poor. When I was able to do Alterac Valley..I would level like mad. Arathi Basin is good too.
Fourth, always que for 2 dungeons.
Sometimes you happen to catch a real good group on both sides and get into a real intense fight.
Most other time you end up with one side not playing well(hopefully the other side) and every once in a while you get both sides playing awful, you often find that in EoS. That's when you to click on the other "enter BG" you had que for when it pops up :P
