A PvP trinket should be necessary for almost any race, except occasionally humans, who can get away with it by having a 3 minute cooldown of the exact same effect.
As for talents, it all looks pretty good. I'd just recommend decimation, because if you actually do land a hit that procs it, you're probably going to kill something else with it too. Maybe I'm biased, but I love fun talents like that. Down one, down them all. I haven't played warlock PvP (as any spec) since 3.3.5 though, so I don't know if it's not viable any longer. Just my 2 cents.
For stats, I think haste is probably your strongest stat, because most of your spells benefit well from haste. Iirc, 30% haste was the magic number in the past, so I think that's how much you want to aim for.
I don't know much else though. Hope I could help.

30% haste?
Do you even play cataclysm? Good luck getting 30% passive.

Oh, I know that 30% haste is pretty much unreachable as of right now. (Considering that my warrior has only 6% crit.) I was just saying that that was the absolute maximum haste that people wanted. I don't know if there are other, more preferable stats to get. Imo...
Mastery: Burst damage, it increases damage dealt in demon form and whatnot.
Haste: Demonology's downtime spell is shadow bolt, which is pretty slow, with a 3.0 (2.5 when talented) cast time. So methinks that this is the most solid stat to go for right now.
Crit: Never a bad stat, but I don't know how important it is to demonology warlocks right now.
Also, another way to get 30% haste early in a fight (say downing a flag carrier's healer in WSG or TP,) you could get the improved soulfire talent in destruction. I didn't see any talent points worth trading in for it though. It's a solid amount of haste when opening, so it might be worth it. Also consider that you have Dark Intent, and maybe even a Boomkin, Shadow Priest, or Elemental Shaman (using wrath of air totem) giving a haste aura.
30% passive, no. It's reachable through combinations of things though. Don't blame me if I sound stupid though.
