big problem i have seen with healers is that they are getting into heroics by equiping the pvp gear that can be made. Its not good for heroics but it gets them in. And they have this huge stat that accounts for nothing. They would actually probably heal better with lower iLvl gear but then they couldnt queue up.
But to answer your question. As long as all of your gear is defense oriented (no straight dps gear or pvp gear) your healers should be able to keep up till at least the fights are over.
Im only iLvl 333 but I manage just fine. Just dont be afraid to use CDs (they have short enough cycle times, and fights are long enough that they are back up for next fight). And if DPS isnt CCing like they are supposed to then you and the healer are going to have to pick up the slack. Blizzard was trying to get away from tanks and healers doing all the work but if your using the dungeon tool thats what you are going to be stuck with. Best to get in a guild and run randoms with them. Then you all can get a bit of a feel for each other.

You don't even need to equip the PvP gear to queue for heroics, you just need to have it in your bags or bank. Pretty much everyone gets into heroics before they are actually geared for them because it counts all gear that you have and are able to equip (regardless of the stats). The ingame item level display doesn't actually show you what the average item level of the stuff you have equipped is, so most people think they are ready when they actually aren't.
I didnt even know this but it makes sense.

What is your current ilvl?
How much total HP do you have at the moment?
How much avoidance ( dodge / parry ) do you have?
This is what you wanted to know?
Ok well my iLvl is over 329
Probably the same HP as you
And dodge/parry sucks right now and its only about 10% for each stat. probably just like you because gear sucks.
Not sure how this is more helpful for the problem of
I've ran a few heroics already and i noticed that my healer is always having a hard time keeping up with the heals. So i was wondering if the problem was me and my gear or the healer and his/her skill/rotation/mana.
Than what I posted earlier... but whatever.

It may be a little of both, but as long as you & your healer have ~ilvl 335+ you should be fine. There may be some close calls, or just bad pulls, but you should be able to get through it.

iLvl 349
153k unbuffed
18.04% parry, 14.82% dodge
Are u parry and dodge gemed? Just askin'.
I am gemmed stamina but using the Swordshattering enchant.
I would advise dropping a few Stamina gems for Mastery (not parry and dodge), as long as you're not in any one-shot mechanics you shouldn't really need more then 120k, but picking up Stoneskin Gargoyle because it has some nice armor on it too (I prefer mitigation on a hit by hit basis over RNG as you can see).

Was just wondering how the hell can u have so much avoidance. I got a little better gear as u, and I'm far below u in this numbers.
I have 12,05% dodge, and 12,9% Parry. And still need more hit/expertise :S Nothing is so annoying as when u are at cc 30-40% HP, bloodshieldtracker shows a 50K heal, and your DS will miss/parry/dodge...
But i got
Akirus the Worm-Breaker
last night ^_^ It will help a lot :)
BTW why the hell is hit only on T11 head and shoulders? brr... wasn't always the legarmor and the glove the hit/exp giving piece?
yeah i'm with you. i have about 349 as well and my parry and doge are about 14% for both (with horn) with 151k health. How do you have so much parry/dodge AND health? You Jewelcrafting you something?

I have 152k HP, 24% avoidence, 30k armor, and 16 mastery, after getting almost all 346 gear out of heroics.
Every trash pull, regardless of it's size, pop a trinket, vamp blood, or any other short cooldown. On pulls of 4 or 5, I usually pop IBF, followed by vamp blood with some Death Strikes.
Lots of players live in the Wrath mentality that popping CDs is for bosses, but trash pulls take a minute or longer in Cata, so don't worry about using Vamp Blood on nearly every pull, it should be up by the next one.
edit: I am heroic hit and expertise soft capped, at 6.5% hit and 26 expertise

According to the armory, my equipped avg ilevel is currently 338.
I have around 134k hp unbuffed in Blood presence.
~10% parry, ~12% dodge.
I'm mostly gemmed for Mastery which at least for heroics I'm pretty satisfied with.
And as other people said, heroics are much more about the whole group these days instead of the the DPSers having the hurpderpkill mentality. You need to utilize CC (even if you're just pugging), mark a kill order, and don't be shy about using cooldowns. I pop VB+RT about every other pull if my health gets low.. and I'll also normally start out a pull with Bone Shield on.

Cyberdyne, on Kargath
iLvL 352
150k HP UB
15% dodge
15% parry
Mix of Stam +Mastery, stam gems.
~14% mastery or 86% shield. =(
I have all the current pre-raid weps, so I have both Sword and Garg chants. I am favorable to Sword, because 4% parry is nice, and my healers noticed.
I run with guild members, so we are in vent and we communicate, however, I do find myself using CD's whenever they are up, because my main used to be a healer. I know how annoying it can be to heal when a tank wont pop cool downs to help me out.
I did have problems in the beginning, but once I obtained better gear, heroics are just a joke.
