As a healer, I usually start pulls with it. I like it.
Now we just have to educate all the other classes that it is not just up to shaman to interrupt spellcasters >.>

Will hexed players / mobs regenerate health, a la Mage's Polymorph?

+100!
I don't mind interrupting, but being an enh in the fray and being tasked as the only interrupter adds alot of burden.
I love hex, and the Bind Elemental is awesome!

They can also take a few whacks before it breaks as well...
Excellent for when the Paladin just WON'T STOP DROPPING CONSECRATE ON IT.
... *ahem*. Sorry.

Heh, I'm finding less and less people even knowing we had this spell. They were just dumbfounded =S
Man, I was just thinking this when I saw Nipah post about breaking CC. They mentioned their favourite was enh shaman, mentioned a few class CC abilities but sadly failed to mention Hex.
I find that I am often saying "Hey, I also have a CC" in groups.

I think it's just amazing!
Now I only wish there was a glyph that would remove DoTs whenever I cast it.

imo we need a glyph to reduce the cooldown i think, i don't like how it has a 45 sec cooldown, but then it may be too OP for pvp if they reduce it or use a glyph

Charred Glyph
. Totally overpowered.
About all the breaking... pull with CC. Works incredibly well if all the CC go off at around the same time. All the tank has to do is to pick up the few mobs that comes his way regardless. Protip: Run away from the mobs, and be sure the tank is between you and the mobs.

Yeah, and the mention that you have not one, but two CC... and watch the entire group go "huh?".

I just like taking every opportunity I can find to whine and moan about Paladins.
Old hatreds run deep.
That being said, I generally pull with Hex, either after the Rogue comes back from the sap, or right after the Hunter's target is trapped, or while the Mage is casting Polymorph. All the other classes can CC after my Hex I guess... never run into anyone else willing to CC besides those classes.

You're right, some AoE moves have crazy rage (Pestilence!), but what I'm talking about is aside from dmg breaking it. I've seen roots break early when my sister uses it as a resto druid way away from the tank, and I've had hex break on ranged mobs as resto, but never while enhancement.
What Yahmon said earlier, basically. Hit rating seems to affect CC breaking early - and naturally Restoration specs don't have that. That should be changed in my opinion, but then again - it's fine for me that it's the damage dealers that does the CC.

I rather like Grim Batol as enhance. Showboating with 2 CC's per pull (cast shackle elemental, re-target while it's casting and spam hex till it goes off) works wonders. I usually work with a resto shaman too so the 4 CC combo makes a lot of places a breeze.
