We could also use the Legendary Bow in Sunwell...
But back to the topic, Legendaries should be not for only one class. Because in that case every class should have one for it's own and having a lot of Legendary weapons is not fun. Legendaries should be difficult to get, and having to share them helps this goal.

No, we won't.
We got;
Thunderfury
Thori'dal
Twin Blades of Azzinoth.
That's 4 legendarys, the only class that can have more than us is Warriors. (Shadowmourne, Blades of Azzinoth, Thunderfury, Thor'idal, Hand of Ragnoras)
The next legendary will be a caster dps weapon. They only had Atiesh, Greatstaff of the Guardian and that was taken out of the game. Also, if we're saying that there is two legendarys per expansion (Hint: There always has been), the second will be a tank weapon.
The next time we will realistically receive a legendary will be in the next expansion, a one handed dps mace.

Combat rogues?
The problem with a dagger, only two classes can use it.

They already announced that they'll never make legendary daggers.

I wouldn't mind seeing something like the quel delar or whatever style for legendary. Like Shadowmourne, its nice to have that feeling of progress towards attaining a legendary. Thunderfury is one of those things where you can run every week, and never get both halves. Glaives off of illidan are a 4 or 5% drop. Run it every week for a year, and you may still never SEE it.

If they're not going to make it a dagger, at least make it an axe. Maces, pfffffff.

While a Legendary Dagger would be amazing, it will never happen and shouldn't happen. Its too class specific. This game isn't focused on one class. We've had our share already, there are plenty of other classes who have more of a basis to complain than we do *cough* Mages *cough* I do think doing a Quel'delar type of thing with Legendaries per class would be cool though. They'd have to make it alot harder than that welfare was. Granted, I don't think that would happen. It would be making Legendaries less......well, legendary.
Edit: Can't spell. >.<

Wrong.
Vanilla had Sulfuras, Thunderfury and Atiesh (3)
TBC had the Warglavies and Thor'idal (3 unless you count the warglavies as a single item)
WotlK had Val'anyr and Shadowmourne (2)
As you can see, the general trend is 3 legendarys per expansion.

That would decrease the rarity of the item though.
They're supposed to be legendary, not handed out like epics.
