At the moment, all official sources give very misleading info about all 20 of the sparkling new ilvl 277+ randomly enchanted 'of the stuff' modifiers! And there's some blues and purples with these four-stat random gear out there too!
Filled with horror and a sense of duty, I decided to sort it out on wowpedia myself.
However(!), it turns out someone else was kind enough to provide most of the correct statistic data already!
I added the few missing, put in some info on equations and comparisons, and most importantly,
sorted it all out into easily rearranged tables.
Hopefully this could provide benefit for you guys until the databases catch up!
'Elemental' Random Enchants

I have recently added a comment on all the Cata randomly enchanted epics, rares, and craftables, giving a quick explanation about the 4-stat cata 'of the elemental' gear.
Hopefully this will help! <3
I am not psychotic enough to add a 'oh btw' comment to all the freaking green drops though.... -_-
P.S. : There are a few very,
very
strange gear pieces from two 'sets' which have their own
unique
set of random enchants, though it's not live in game yet, possibly not ever.
Razorshell Gloves
and
Windbound Bracers
are the two blue examples with stuff like 'of the panther' and 'of the wraith'.
Imagine many gear sets with their own unique enchants! o_o

I'm afraid I'm no longer familiar with Diablo (its been many years), so I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Could you give an example?
If you mean 2-stat items like 'of the eagle' or 3-stat items like 'of the champion', then, no... though some have been tweaked and changed, and many removed, at least for higher level content. Probably to make room for the 20 4-stat 'elemental' items?
I might update the whole wowpedia list of modifiers soon.
