Because he could get stomped by Khadgar again I'm assuming.
E: Also, you've never got the "Stood in the Fire" achievement, huh?

Because that's what the f**k ruined the Lich King in Wrath.

In the Twilight Highlands he and Alexstrasza get into a fight and he gets injured. So he should be recovering. For now..

Not really. I mean, sure he was a bit 'I'll save you for later,' but at least they tried to solidify is monstrosity in the quest where they retrieve his Frozen Heart. That *!@# that went down in ICC is what 'ruined' him.

No, it ruined him; turned him from a threat into a horribad Saturday morning cartoon villain. The Frozen Heart just said what we all already knew; but all the points before that were just lame as he continued to show up, taunt us, then walk away, rather then killing people as he would have done during WC3. Only time he ever does is in the Fjord during the Spirit Walk quest and that's only if you get to close to him; the rest of the time he showed up in Wrath I just sighed and prepared to sit through yet another stupid scene with the Lich King trying to be threatening.
Edit: Not saying the ending of ICC wasn't horrible too, but the downward spiral of the Lich King started with the beginning of Wrath.

I MUCH prefer the way the end villian is being hadled with deathwing. He's there, quests talk about him but only rarely and you see him get into it with alex and he can always cruise over and roast you but he isn't mentioned in a ridiculously large number of quests, particularly cutscenes (just the one that I remem)
I was burned out on arthas before Ulduar came out whilst leveling my first to 80...I'm past my first to 85 and still find dw interesting.
Also, I think cot:strath played a big part in arthas burn out...it's hard to get worked up about "seeing him" in the final raid when you've been yelling at him to hurry up and go already in strat every day just to see him running impotently after Malganys each time.

More importantly, so does
she
. So he's cemented how powerful he is before we fight him, rather than threatening to come back next time. Also, the Badlands cutscene with Rhea shows Deathwing again as a menacing threat, and we only survive because of Rhea's actions. The villainy thus far, in my experience, is being handled much better with Deathwing than it ever was with Arthas.

I just wish Deathwing had a more threatening human form.
I just can't take a villian seriously when he looks like a pixar movie villian. Or when he cries and whines about how him being evil is everbody else's fault (*cough* Anakin/Arthas *cough*) Or when they just won't die and their damn boxes and trinkets keep telling me to release then ore some crap. (*cough* Old Gods *cough*)
In Dragon form though, Deathwing is cool. I hope in his raid he brings Onyxia and Nefarion back from the afterlife in spirit form or something to fight with him. Would be beast to fight all three at once.

I just wish Deathwing had a more threatening human form.I always imagined Daval Prestor kinda like
this
to be honest... Handsome, well-to-do, but with a subtle sinister undertone.
Not
Baron Ünderbheit
.

Is that from He-Man?

Yes, yes he is...and for some reason, couldn't find an image from the updated cartoon, give me a moment.
No clue where it's from, if it's a comic image, promotional or fan-art...but that is just bad ass.

Eh, I was never really into He-Man.
This
is the most enjoyment I ever got from that show.
Well, that and Skeletor. I love that guy.

The revamp Skeletor was actually the 'better' villain, but King Hiss blew him out of the water for pure evilness.....and we're off topic here lol, but felt the need to link Trap-Jaw just to show that the Baron wasn't the first, and even he is more of an expy for Darth Vader then anything else.
