Lifebloom when Tree Form expires?

So, when under the effects of Tree of Life, druids can stack up Lifebloom on multiple targets...
What happens to these multiple Lifebloom buffs when the Tree form ends and you're back to the
One Target Only
limitation? Do all but one of them disappear, and if so, how does the game determine which lucky player retains their stack?
I searched the comments on both the Tree and Lifebloom database pages, and couldn't find any references to this - thanks for any insight or tips.

Did you try testing it?
That offten leads to very conclusive answers.
I'm afraid my druid character isn't quite high enough to access Tree of Life yet, not to mention I'm browsing the forums at work (New Years Eve is quiet...).
But thanks for the suggestion!

Thanks Netstormer, very succint and useful explanation. You'd be good at writing a guide for Rest.... oh, wait. :)
Hmmmm, I can see that there might be useful strategies in activating tree at the beginning of an encounter, and then trying to maintain Lifebloom on two or more targets for extended periods. Looking forward to it.
