All classes for the most part are unique. And all classes can do great dps if played correctly.
We can all post till were blue in our face on which is better and why but its not really worth it. Best advice is experiment with different classes and see which one you enjoy playing and then go from there.

Ok i just got wow like 2 months ago and ive been searching for what class to play ive been trying so many classes. So far i am kina interested in Death Knights and Druid. But i am focused on my DK but i have been getting alot of crap about like ooo DKs are dumb cuz they start at 55, u should be able to know your character from lvl 1 they say. so when im lvl 85 people will give me crap about that kina stuff and my only other high character is my 62 paladin which i am very bored with !
Can someone plz tell me what class i should try if i like doing great dps and being unique and having fun !
Please help !
Presumptious #$%^&*!s are inhibiting the World of Warcraft in large numbers. Blood Elves are a prime source of of these presumptions. Kind of a rasicm people have towards some races or classes.
In the end, choose whatever it is you want. DKs have a tendency to suck (See, even I have presumptions), but that doesn't mean all of them does. I know a DPS Frost DK who can tank the normals better than Blood Tanks, and she is equally geared, but towards dps, not survival.
As MasterOfDisguise said, you should include more details. Are you looking at tanking? In that case, remember that at Cataclysm level, Stamina and your Health Pool in general means very little. Speaking from a healers Point of View, I would at any point prefer a tank with 100k hp, with tons of avoidance, rather than a tank with 150k hp, who have little to no avoidance, and is taking twice as much damage as the other.

Except the Worgen forms look better then the mojo ones.

Honestly, I've found a lot of people who do agree; the Cat form of Worgen is seen as the 'best' of them, even if the humanoid form is lame. I race changed my Tauren to a Troll when the chance came up, but I do like my Worgen better at the moment, but you know, to each their own.

I love Worgen's humanoid form (even if their walk is kinda... meh).

I like my Worgen's humanoid form as well, but you know there are people who are complaining about it heh, but you rarely hear people complain about the Cat form(which is things you do hear about the Mojokittah).

If you are going for a Druid, roll a Troll, their forms are amazing.
If not, roll a Worgen Death Knight.
Either way, it's a win-win situation.

To the OP: If you've been focused on your DK and you're enjoying it, don't let others ruin your fun by listening to their garbage. No need to play a different class or try something new unless YOU want to. If you like your DK and want to focus on him, do it :) If you're bored with your DK or are interested in trying something new for awhile, do it. Maybe stay focused on your DK but roll a Druid for times when you need a break?

Dk. Because of grip and strikes. Plus runes.

I like my Worgen's humanoid form as well, but you know there are people who are complaining about it heh, but you rarely hear people complain about the Cat form(which is things you do hear about the Mojokittah). That could depend on what gender your worgen is.
Most of the complaints you'll hear about the worgen models are going to be specifically about the females. Some of their animations still need bugs worked out, but that's nothing that couldn't be done in a patch. Aside from that (and the fact that you're
stuck
with big hair), the design of the model is more or less fine from the neck down.
But the ears are set way too low and altogether the wrong shape for a lupine creature (rumor has it that they're copy-pasted and reskinned male goblin ears). And there's basically
one
face option with different markings...and I'm not sure
what
the goal was with said face, but it seems to be going in three or four different directions at once and succeeding at none of them. (Rumor also has it that the eye textures were also copy-pasted—in this case, from female humans—and they're similar enough that I can believe it.) I'm not going to repeat what's been said about their Running Wild animation; I'll merely say that it looks vulgar.
Customization options for both genders of worgen ended up limited, lackluster, and oddly non-intuitive (there's no real synergy between true form and human form, or between either of the above and druid feral forms). And then, there's the sniffing—not bad in its own right, but they could certainly have toned down the volume.
However, aside from customization and sniffing, male worgen were done
beautifully
. They look rip-your-face-off feral. And yes, the druid beast forms are awesome.
So yeah. Worgen fell a bit short in the implementation department. But most of the model complaints you're going to hear about worgen aren't going to be about feral forms; they're going to be about female worgen (and often enough, specifically about their heads).

Druids are the most adaptive class. Like paladins, you can play a Druid, get to endgame, then decide if you want to tank, heal, or deeps. You have more options available to you.
DKs have their advantages,
though they can only be tanks or deeps at 85
. The rune mechanic takes a lot of getting used to. And you have to constantly be managing your cooldowns as a tank. I play a DK as my main and I love it, but I know just as many people who can't stand the class. Try to ignore all the DK hate. It was worse during WotLK. If you are a good player, then people will start to respect you regardless of your class.
If you want to heal or caster-deeps, then go Druid. If you don't know what you want to do, then go Druid. If you want to Tank or melee-deeps then try both. They both have a very unique style (and even the two melee-deeps sub-specs DKs have).
No. Death Knights work great as tanks, even at level 58. I leveled my Death Knight from 58 to 80, almost solely using the dungeon finder, with the guy as a tank. It went perfectly fine, even with me as frost for the first 10 levels. (Anything before Northrend basically). Other than that, I agree with you. The mechanisms can be hard to get used to, and the Death Knight class can be categorised as "Easy to play, hard to master", because of the simplicity of it. You could easily just mash the keyboard and hope for a good dps-outlet. And it will work, to a certain degree. However, master the cooldowns and priorities, and your dps will be on the top of the charts in most cases.
The whole appearence discussion people have going about Worgens is null, and shouldn't mean anything to the guy choosing his race. If you personally like the looks of them, go get them tiger. No reason to refrain because everyone else says they are ugly.
