Choosing a Profession to dump?

I have a
priest
that has both Alchemy and Tailoring. Considering I have both of those covered on other characters and don't really have the cash to level them twice, which do y'all think I should dump for skinning (I have no characters that skin currently)?
Yes, I know I can level another alt, but I'm seriously not in the mood with the 6 80s I've got to manage currently. That was the original intent for my lowbie Worgen dr00d, but I've sort of burnt out on levelling him at the moment.
Thanks for any input!

I would honestly keep both. Along with JC, those two crafting professions are useful no matter how many characters you have them on because it gives you multiple cooldowns to use (dreamcloth for tailoring, transmutes for alchemy).
Skinning is a particularly rubbish option to drop one for too, especially as you imply you already have mining & herbing. You can only be gathering on one toon at a time, and those generally make much better money, allowing you to buy any leather you need, and indeed pay for skilling up the other profs.
Still, if you must have everything 'covered', (or your server is really weird an no-one sells leather, or if skinning actually is the most profitable), I'd dump tailoring out of those two. Alchemy transmutes are just too useful, and if you have 2 of 'em that means you can have a truegold and your elements every day.
