UPDATED FOR 4.0.6
It came up in a thread that wowpeadia is out of date so I made a list for y'all. Oh and they will only go in the once, so if you don't see it under your spec, it's under another.
For those of you who are unaware what these numbers mean (just like me a few months ago) basically you multiply the corresponding number on this list by your spell power and that tells you how much of an effect your spell power has on that particular spell.
If you are curious about a spell from another class, you can check it out with simcraft, open your command line application and once you have entered the directory of where simcraft is put in "simc.exe spell_query=class_spell.name=" and then the spell name. For a multi word spell such as Bane of Agony use an underscore instead of space.
The organisation of the list has changed, not organised by the type of damage the spell deals, if it deals both Fire and Shadow it will be under which ever type it deals the most of. There is also a section for Utility spells that do no damage.
Shadow Damage
:
Agony
= 0.088
Corruption
= 0.176
Unstable Affliction
= 0.2
Shadow Bolt
= 0.754
= 0.378
= 0.172
Seed of Corruption
(Periodic Damage) = 0.250
Seed of Corruption
(Explosion Damage) = 0.143
= 0.968
Doom
= 0.88
= 0.102
Shadowburn
= 1.056
Shadowfury
= 0.214
Mortal Coil
= 0.188
= 0.302
Fire Damage
:
Immolate
(Direct Damage) = 0.22
Immolate
(Periodic Damage) = 0.176
Incinerate
= 0.539
= 0.143
Hellfire
(Enemy Damage) = 0.143
Hellfire
(Self Damage) = 0.095
Soul Fire
= 0.628
= 0.628
Rain of Fire
= 0.237
Utility
:
Havoc
= 0.1
= 0.807

Basically you take your spell power and multiply it by the corresponding number on this list, and that is how much that spells damage is increased by your spell power.
Would it be possible to get the SP scaling of the dot caused by Shadowflame?
I just whipped these numbers out of simcraft, and simcraft only shows one value for shadowflame. For other spells that have 2 parts (like immolate) it shows two seperate values, so I am unsure if there is actually two values for shadowflame or not. If someone has that info I'll be happy to add it in and give them credit.

You may want to add something like this to the top. Sort of a 'how these are intended to be used' or "where it fits in the grand scheme" statement.
Fair point. Added.
