Warrior Priest, cool. I've been playing that since Season 1, yo (tbh, I only played S1, S3, and S6).
No Smite. Especially when you have Mind Spike.
Please get PW: Barrier (protip: It's off the GCD).
Please get Inspiration and Desperate Prayer.
Please get Renewed Hope.
Soul Warding is a waste of points.

Being one of the most immobile classes, you'll be finding the PW: Barrier's stationary effect to not even hinder you. Even with the new patch (where shielding gives you a four second freedom), what are you going to do when you have weakened soul, are rooted/snared in the open with no LoS to protect you, and have Pain Suppression on cooldown? PW: Barrier. It's off the GCD too.
It's very rare that Soul Warding would be beneficial. In PVP, competent teams focus on one target, perhaps switching to another every now and then or just tunneling one the entire game (provided that their classes are OP). So, you often won't have to focus your heals and shields on more than one person at any given time. Really, it takes just one GCD to reset PW: Shield's timer; if someone else really needs a heal or your attention that early, throw in a ProM of Flash Heal to alleviate PW: Shield's (ridiculously short) cooldown. You'll also often find your own teammates being focused, stunned, trained, and rooted in Arenas and BGs. Life Grip doesn't work when they have certain snares or stuns and it may even be on CD when you need it. Pain Suppression also doesn't give 10%+ healing. Or it may be on CD. Such a situation is another time for PW: Barrier.
I don't recall if Reflective Shield feeds rage. If it does, it does more harm than good. It can probably also proc a Warrior's self-healing talents, lol. Against a Mage/Shaman/Priest, it may just be dispelled, though Blizz promised a nerf to offensive dispelling. At its current state, it's worthless. I wouldn't be too optimistic about it in the future, but don't be too hesitant to at least give it a try next patch.
