Chakra's state now last 1 min, up from 30 sec.
Now I have to worry even less about having any Chakra downtime. On the other hand, it makes
State of Mind
even more worthless.
Holy Concentration now increases mana regeneration by 15/30%, down from 20/40%.
Not having any mana problems atm in the WotLK dungeons, but I imagine I'll be
really
missing the additional mana when I level enough for heroics and other more challenging instances.
Renew now costs 17% of base mana, down from 21% of base mana.
Neat. Less mana required for one of my most-used spells.
