There really aren't any restrictions on mounts by race, other than you need to be Exalted with your other Horde factions before you can buy their ground mounts.

Windriders are available, there are "base level" ones and "epic level" ones. Although now that all mounts scale to your riding skill they are all the same speed. Used to be that the base level ones were 60% flight speed and epics were 280%. (which then got buffed to 150% and 280%, which then got "buffed" to scale with whatever your training is at).

Anyway, so you have Windriders. You have Netherdrakes which is a faction grind in Shadowmoon Valley in Outlands. You have a Snowy Griffin (I think Horde can buy that, I'm not sure) from the vendor in Dalaran. Northrend has a variety of drakes, like the Bronze drake from Caverns of Time; Strat, the Red drake from Wyrmrest rep, a azure one from Malygoes, a blue one from Oculus.. There's an Albino drake that is the same model as those that you get from having 50 mounts. Then there's the proto-drakes which would be harder to get; a drop from a Rare in Storm Peaks, the green one is a random drop from the Oracle Eggs, a blue one from a random drop in Utgarde Pin, and then the Ulduar achievement ones.

Then there are the Frost Wyrms from gladiator seasons and Icecrown raid achievements. And finally the new Stone looking drakes in Cata, which are random drops, crafted Alchemy for ~50k, vendor from Tol Barad, or heroic achievements.

You ask specifically about Orc mounts though; all mounts are available to all races without restriction. (There might be a couple that are somehow restricted but I can't think of any off the top of my head.)

You can search for mounts in the database and filter for those available to horde.
