above is a screen shot of what ive been noticing, particularly around the entrance of buildings in WoW, Ive tried reinstalling drivers, adjusting video settings but now im just wondering if its just the way the game has been coded? anyone have any insight into these lines that I see in game? I have yet to check on a diffrent computer with WoW on it because im often away from home where my other pc is..

That's probably where the edges of two textures or polygonal faces meet.

so does this mean it has nothing to do with my computer? its just the way the world of warcraft is? thanks.

I have these too, I believe it has something to do with my video card, a GeForce 9800GT, as I haven't seen it happen with any of my other computers. I haven't really bothered looking into it more, as it doesn't seem to cause any problems other than being unsightly at times.

EUREKA! I have discovered what causes this issue! This is an issue that occurs when WoW is run in DX11 mode. I had my GTX460 WTF config file set to run wow at DX11 mode (SET gxApi "D3D11") I went ahead and set my PC with the GTX260 card to run in DX11 Mode(I know the gtx260 does not support DX11) And the same artifacts replicated itself! I hope others get some use out of this. Thanks for all of your responses!

I have 2 gtx460's and am also having this problem. Kind of like a white line where to textures should meet. Which version of directX is everyone using, as I only started noticing this when I enabled dx11.

I'm using dx11 as well, could be the issue, it is 'experimental'.
