Aura/Shapeshift frame lua

I currently use Tukui, and have slowly edited it while teaching myself LUA. Right now I am trying to disable the movability of the shapeshift frame. I think that the frame is setting itself to the position it has saved as the last player defined position, and I have no clue as how to fix that. I've edited out the code in the command to move it in-game, and I thought that the ClearAllPoints() would reset it, but apparently not.
