Ok, so I'm usually pretty decent on making macros, but right know I'm completly lost.
At the moment I use this type of macro for all my healing spells:
#showtooltip
/cast
but now when it comes to
Holy Word: Chastise
I don't know how to do, or even if it's possible.
what I want is to have a macro that when I've got
: serenity I want the macro to display the spell which chasise morphs into, as a mouseover spell, and when I've got Sanctuary I want it so act as a normal spell, so I can just place it where it's needed.
Is this possible to achieve in a macro?
thanks

no way to do it currently, but there is a ghetto work around
#showtooltip holy word: chastise
/target
/click ActionButton#
/targetlasttarget
just place
Holy Word: Chastise
on your action bar, or anywhere on your bars, and edit "ActionButton#" to correspond with wherever you placed it

You can't have the macro check which Chakra you're in.

ugly, but would this work?
#showtooltip
/cast
I was thinking, as 2 of the 3 spells doesn't "exist" at all times this might work?
or will it just get stuck trying to cast the first?

just get stuck trying to cast the first?
this but also it won't even do the first since serenity can't be macro'd. this is the crux of the issue and Xdreadfather explained the workaround.
i will add that you can use:
/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage( GetMouseFocus():GetName() );
to find out what actionbutton chastise is on. this is particularly useful if you're using /bt or other bar mods.
also you can't put your chastise on a hidden bar. each time you log in it won't work until you unhide and hide the bar. as such if you want to put it somewhere without cluttering up your UI you'll have to use a bar with zero opacity.

Dreadfather's method is the way to go. Just, don't put
help
in there or it won't work with default Chastise.
is all you need.
