Blizzard have stated TB is badly stacked against the attackers ATM due to the reason you have stated. IIRC, this is going to be fixed in the next patch by providing a buff to the attackers depending on how many towers they hold.
I beleive at the momant however, the only way to win is to wait untill the defenders get slack. Then hope that the attacking side has the superior skill to hold and attack towers with a smaller force then what the defenders have.

Problem is people are too stupid to see how to win this, yet it is "easy".
You need to split the raid to the 3 base at sametime. You must not cap one base, than the next one and so on. You need to cap them about at sametime.
To achieve that, attacker need to be the same amount (~1-2diff) than defender in each base. If you see you are more numerous than defender in a base, it means you are not where you should be to win this.

I think you missed the reason why tol barad is so imbalanced...The defenders don't split up, because they don't have to. Every single defender piles into one base. Then, when every single person on offense goes to that base and breaks the turtle after forever and a half, all the defense piles into another base, and the process repeats itself.
In my oppinion, they should add an NPC summon to break the turtle like in old AV. Except maybe with a more epic model than the average elemental with a slightly different skin...

@tuckmuck203: You didnt get what I said. If all defender go to 1 base, then there should be 1 attacker in the 2 other base and the rest in the defended base. Then you just kill enough defender in that base to start to cap the base. For every defender you kill, an attacker should be moving out of the base to middle to see where the defender is going and follow him, to keep the balance. Then eventually, all 3 base get capped at sametime and that is how we win TB on our server. We lose it every night because there is 0-1 defender on our side and a minimum of 5 horde are allowed on attack, so they grab it. But we get it back on attack everytime after that using that tactic.

Yes, and if the defenders didn't respawn and go right back to the turtle, that might work.
The other problem is that it's a PuG, and there's no way around that. I'm not saying PuGs are bad, I'm saying it's really hard to get that coordinated without vent, and I find it hard to believe anyone is going to want to share thier vent with pretty much the entire server, much less all the PuGs doing as told on vent.

It is easy to herd socialsheeps. You just need to be 2-3 that repeat the orders, that way they think it is the comon thinking, so they just follow it.

Yes, but even if they do, you have to specify who should go where. Otherwise they all just think "Oh I bet someone else is gonna do it. I better stay here so that this doesn't imbalance the plan."
Then there's the problem of "Why should I listen to you?"

@tuckmuck203: The "Why should I listen to you?" is fixed by having 2-3 players premade with you that will repeat what you say to make the socials to believe they are doing like everyone else. But Gevlon posted a way better
guide
of how to do it.
@theurge14: Almost laughed, almost :)
