So been playing with a few strings her and there and am wondering how to make a /Target macro to include a ping minimap condition.
There's a string for Minimap:getpingposition() to get a ping's last known position, so I assume there is a way to take a target's known location (figured since you're targeting it the game knows the coordinates) and ping the mini map.
But I am not really good with coding and can't seem to find any information on this idea so far. Any help would be appreciated.

If you can inspect, you can eyeball it. Or just ping yourself. :P

Apart from getting the coordinates of a unit (which is not possible), this idea has a major flaw: the function you want to use doesn't do anything else that give a couple of numbers which are the x,y on the minimap frame where you pinged.
You cannot tell the game to do a mechanical action like "ping that point" without a more complex program -> botting. It's the same system fishing bots work.
