I have my lifeblood (gives haste now), orc racial berserking, and deathwish macroed to one button (i also macro in eventual on use trinkets and sometimes dps potions to the same button)
I always done like that when dpsing, let the tank get a lead in threat for a few seconds, then blaze away popping everything, then dps normally again until i can nuke hard again. Almost the same cd on all those abilities as well as trinkets, but sometimes i use every ability as soon as it comes of cd on the second "nuke" .
I ran a 5man pug with a guildgroup (4 of them from one guild) that seemed in my eyes like experienced and skilled players, they really liked my dps (i was topping the charts even though im mostly in blues and they where in more than half epics, and deadmines hc went smooth without wipes and like 1 death on nighgtmare part) but they gave me advice (said in a friendly manner, no *!@#$%baggery) that i should not use all dps cds simultaneously, but rather cycle them and use one at a time to get more consistently high dps instead of spiky dps. That would be better somehow, as paladins might waste their BoS cause my threat goes up falsely to fast...or something. English is not my native language and my attention span is short. i should not use haste enchants on my weapons either (i have hurricane on both) as it added to the spikyness.
I played since late vanilla, raided a lot in TBC, some in WotLK, and when dpsing i have always used everything available simultaneously if i could, i thought everyone did that, but no. apparently not.
So, use all dps cds simultaneously or one at a time?

Haste scales with AP, AP scales with haste, death wish scales with both of those and vice versa... So it's probably better to stack those cooldowns together, provided you don't have to seriously delay using one or more of them.
More generally, cooldowns that provide stats that scale with each other are better when combined. Cooldowns that provide the same stat may be better used separately, primarily if you could run into a cap. Stuff like AP buffs don't scale with each other, so there's no particular reason to stack or not stack them with each other.
Of course, there can always be special considerations that override these general principles. For example, it's a bad idea to line up 4 super cooldowns 2 seconds into a pull, just so you can do leet deeps for half a second before the boss turns around and kills you. Or in a gauntlet style encounter, where you could need to do reasonable DPS on each set of mobs, even if it lowers your average DPS a little bit.

In cata from my experience in raiding Bloodlust is used near the end of fights in my guild. So its safe for me to pop every CD at the begining and have it up again before BL. You wanna do it based on when the Bloodlust and or if you will have it up again during BL.
