I'm not a healer myself, but all successful run have been with healer with over 75k mana.
One thing that is more important than mana and sp is your spirit. People may gauge you after your mana, but in the end of the day it is spirit that decides how long your party will live.
Also, i think it is best if you ask this in your class forum next time. They should have a better idea of what stats you should have.

if normal mode feels too easy then it's time to queue heroic.

If you have healing gear for your class in every slot, and that gear averages to 329+, you should be ready to start heroics. Another indication is there is nothing left for you to upgrade from normals.

Just hitting heroic level on my healer (druid) and I can offer you a few pointers.
1. Get your gear in order. In other words, get it gemmed, enchanted, and reforged as best as possible for what your class requires. You didn't mention your class, so its hard to compare based just on the 2 stats you provided. But as a druid, I am at iLevel 331 and my stats are 100kHP, 84k mana, and just under 2k combat regen, buffed with normal 5 man buffs and an alchy flask (80 intel).
Prior to getting prepped for heroics, I wwas having a terrible time with mana just runnning lvl 85 dungeons. I spent a little time getting spirit up, a few basic enchants, and reforging and it made a world of difference.
2. Make sure you know your class. Not just know whats been working up to now, but how you should be playing in higher level gear and the harder dungeons. As a druid, I had been healing much more in a Wrath mentality than a Cata mentality. I was spamming rejuv and wild growth and using healing touch to get caught up if I got behind on the tank...completely wrong...but it was working in the lower dungeons. After an abysmal run through Tol'Vir where I couldn't last a minute in a boss fight before going OOM, I spent some time reading my class forum and got my rptation straightened out. Again, it was like night and day on the next run, finishing fights with 20% mana and never touching innnervate.
3. Check your spec. Same as above, specs change a little too as gear and difficulty increase. Make sure you are running the best spec for your class for heroic level dungeons and gear.

Intellect is miles better than spirit point for point for healers.

Sorry. This isn't Wrath. You are wrong.
Replenishment
is half as effective. All effects which restore mana based off total mana have been lowered in their effectiveness; and
is now based off spirit.
Sorry. This isn't Wrath. You are wrong. Intellect is a primary stat. Spirit is a secondary stat. The primary stat is always better for every class, getting hit capped is wonderful as a fire mage but 60 intellect will always be better than 90 hit, even if you're not hit capped.
From:
Flask of the Draconic Mind
Intellect is better than Spirit for healers, point for point. If the Spirit flask gave more Spirit than the Intellect flask gave Intellect, these people arguing that healers should pick up the Spirit flask might have an argument, but as of this time they give the same number of stats. What does Intellect give a healer? Let's review:
*
A bigger mana pool. Any talents or skills that give back mana as a percentage of your mana pool will give back more mana with this. This includes Replenishment, Innervate, Revitalize, etc. Also, you start the fight with more mana which is always nice.
*
More regen. Mana regeneration is a function of both Spirit and Intellect, meaning, that a point of Intellect will give you some pure regen. Spirit gives more regen point for point than Intellect, but regen is the only thing that Spirit provides.
*
Bigger Heals. Intellect increases the size of our heals, which means that our heals become more mana efficient (Our HPM (Heals per Mana) increases with each point of int). This was not a big deal in WotLK, due to the fact that overhealing was so rampant. It didn't matter how big our heals were, just that they were getting casted, so it's easy for WotLK healers to forget that Intellect will help you save mana.
*
Critical Heals. Intellect still increases Spell Critical rating. This means that some of our heals are even better with more Int (further increasing HPM). I'm listing this separately due to the fact that many classes have talents that proc off of critical heals (Shaman's Improved Water Shield, Druid's Living Seed), meaning that critical heals are much more than just bigger heals.
This is by design by Blizzard. They have stated in many blue posts all over the place that Primary stats (like Intellect) will generally be more valuable than Secondary stats (like Spirit). Of course, for some fights you might find a Spirit flask to be more suitable, but I'm saying generally the Intellect flask will be much better for healers.
It's almost exactly what I said. Isn't that just WEIRD?
The calculations I've seen have int giving better regen than spirit, even before you consider the other advantages of int. Here are two analyses:
http://elitistjerks.com/f73/t110354-resto_cataclysm_release/#Stats
http://r4healingtouch.wordpress.com/2010/10/18/lunchtime-napkin-math-spirit-vs-int-regen/
Int is better for regen than spirit, and int also provides many other advantages.
