I use the Naga and play the paladin, druid, and shaman. I try to keep as many buttons I can to the equal spells of each class.
As for the 12 buttons: numbers 1-6 feel the most comfortable to hit often. I use 7 and 8 also but the 9 and 10 slot on my action bar(I have them key bound to mouse wheel up and down)
I mouse wheel down lifebloom stacks, it just seems right.
For healing: Shaman Druid Paladin Category
1 Healing Surge Regrowth Flash of light Fast Expens.
2 Healing Wave Nourish Holy Light Spam heal
3 Chain Heal Wild Growth Light of Dawn AoE
4 Greater Healing W. Healing Touch Divine Light Big Expens.
5 RIptide Swiftmend Word of Glory Instant
6 Cleanse Cleanse Cleanse
I know this is rough but hope it helps. I mouse wheel up Rejuv and Mouse wheel down lifebloom stacks

I use the naga as well, I don't main druid, but I do play one.
I use buttons 1-12, I made shift modifiers for 2 bars, which is shift 1-12 on the naga, and shift Q-P on the keyboard.
Personally, I do absolutely no keyboard turning in focused PvP, none. At all. A, S, D, and W are all unbound, or bound to something else. 100% mouse turning helps because you can bind more keys.
I play balance, and here are a few of my keybinds.
1 - Wrath
2 - Starfire
3 - Moonfire
4 - Insect Swarm
5 - Typhoon
6 - Starsurge
7 - Force of Nature
8 - Cyclone
9 - Starfall
0 - Hurricane
11/- - Faerie Fire
12/= - Solar Beam
Q - PvP Trinket
W - Nature's Grasp
E - Barkskin
R - Consumables
T - Roots
Y - Shadowmeld
U - Tranquillity
I - Innervate
O - Mount
P - Aquatic Form (I rarely press P)
Heals and shifts are on shift 1-12. Focus macros will be on shift Q-P, as well as hibernate for those pesky hunter pets and feral druids.
I have too many keybinds, sorry.
