[A - US ] The Rat Pack of Uldaman EST

The Rat Pack 10 man raiding guild (Allianace on Uldaman) is recruiting for casual and core raiders to fill the ranks and continue into Cataclysm raids. We raid on Tue. Wed. and Sun. nights from 9-11:30pm EST. We are looking for players who do the research on the strats and toons. We want you to be engaged. We are not hard core, but while raiding are very focused on the task on hand. We are looking for all classes.

While we are a casual raiding guild we do expect our players to check our forums, read boss strats, read up on your toon. This means:

Showing up for raids that you have signed up for and keeping a good attendance.
Showing up on time and prepared (gems, enchants, food, flasks and repaired).
Show consistant improvement of game play, gear and overall play awareness.
Be able to take constructive criticism from other members
Work with the guild as a group while not raiding.

We currently have a healing spot open in our raid 1 team and all sots open for raid 2 team.

We are at guild Rank 11 and have 7 bank tabs. We are running some old content as well to complete guild achievements.
