I have this big question that I cannot find a good answer.
I can't really understand which of these three stats are better to stack up.
Mastery can be really useful to do more damage with bolt and shocks, haste is so freakin' good to stack maelstorm weapon and crit, well... is crit *BOOM*!
At the moment I've 911 haste and my attack speed is reduced from 2.60 ---> 2.40 (just 0.20 for 1k of haste it sucks a bit), yesterday night was doing some tryes with another shaman on my server that he is for mastery and he has 40/45%+ mastery, my bolt deals 4,5k his bolts 4,9k (just 300/400 for lots of mastery it sucks too imo).
So, now I wanna try to boost my crit and look how it work, do you think is a good choice?
Thanks for help.
PS: I'm a pvp player.

Now I'll try to go for full crit, I think that I can get around 35/40% of crit chance and maybe at that point I start to pwn someone really hard.

According to the thread from
EJ
, the stat priority list is: Hit (under spell cap) > Expertise (under cap) > Agility > Mastery > Crit >= Haste > Hit > Intellect = Strength > Spell Power
Edit: EJ also say that you should always sim your character to find the optimal priority list, but if you're a slacker like me, I just use the above priority list as a rule of thumb :)

Revived... NO
crit isn't important, agility gives us our melee crit, SS give us our nature damage crits (which give us another 9% melee crit) and UE boosts flame shock dmg so it doesn't need to always crit,
crit and haste are made low tier stats for us because we "Enhance" our own attack speed, and "Enhance" our own crit ability without the stat
Mastery all the way
P.S. this applys in both PvP and PvE, mastery just = way more dmg

Yes crit and haste are good for our dps, but not nearly as good as reforging it to mastery is. You'll still get some from pieces of gear, but if you see it, reforge it if you can.
Mastery IS the Enhancement Shaman stat to reforge to!
I never said that you shouldn't reforge to mastery. Actually, the priority list i copied from EJ clearly states that mastery is better than crit/haste, but for a pve raid perspective, hit is more important (until spellcap) than mastery. However, since the OP is looking at this from a pvp perspective, I suppose mastery very quickly becomes the top stat instead of hit.

Hit is still useful in PvP. You just don't need nearly as much of it.
Not to mention certain abilities (like a Voidwalker's taunt) which can reduce (debuff) an individual's ability to hit.

I have tried both, Mastery and Crit and I've to say that FULL CRIT is the best option guys, if you don't believe me try it too.
With Stormstrike, Lava Lash and Unleash Weapons I throw down to 50% a warrior in 3/4 sec.
I'm sorry but nothing can beat the power of 10 crit in a row.

The reason why you shouldn't dump everything into crit is because while having many crits in a row is very nice, if you hit like a wet noodle, then it's not worth much. With resilience reducing crit rating and damage, then you won't do much against a decently geared pvp player. If you destroyed a warrior, then it's likely not because of your crits, but that he may be undergeared or many other factors. Mastery increases the damage of a ton of your abilities, and is worth a lot more than crit is. You'll get a lot of crit anyways from our agility/other gear.
As of 4.0.1, Resilience does not reduce crit chance, only crit damage
