I know the "judgement" debate is a dead horse at this point but I wanted to ask TRA if the sig was intended to be ironic?
edit:
By which I mean that if it is"spelled judgment" then it would probably be "spelt judgement"
I doubt you were making that point but it made me chuckle.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##asakawa##DELIM##

Spelt
(Triticum spelta) is a hexaploid species of wheat. Spelt was an important staple in parts of Europe from the Bronze Age to medieval times; it now survives as a relict crop in Central Europe and northern Spain and has found a new market as a health food. Spelt is sometimes considered a subspecies of the closely related species common wheat (T. aestivum), in which case its botanical name is considered to be Triticum aestivum subsp. spelta.

I fail to understand how wheat has anything to do with spelling.

Hehe. Well, given that English is the language of England, you can have American spellings of things but I prefer them spelt the correct, English way ^_^

I will concede that I wouldn't even have my language if it weren't for the British. It's also hard being both a proponent of language evolution and also a stickler for the rules. I guess you could say it's my way or the highway.

So much this!
My natural pedantry bumps into my enjoyment of varying uses of language and makes a hypocrite of me regularly. I also thoroughly enjoy "bad" language (it has a fantastically rich history) while having to edit people's posts here for using it (not that this bothers me).

Is that an "emote" slash or a "close tag" slash?
An emote slash, clearly.
