I just fought him as the OT in our raid. Keeping them together was fairly easy due to the fact that we have a resto druid in the raid, so they would insta-lock to him. I would stand in the back when the adds spawned (next to the druid) and lay DnD so that I'd get some threat, then heart strike/bloodboil until they would stay on me. Once on me I would disease them up individually, then start rune striking.
It is a hectic fight for the OT just because it is hard to control the adds. Death grip and taunt are your friends here, as is deathcoil. You just need to grab them fast and get keep them away from the healers. It helped me for healers to have a designated spot to stand when it was possible for them to.

Dk's have just as much Aoe ability as Prot Pally's do.
Con = Dnd, AS = Disease's, and HoTR = HS/BB.

HoTR + HS. They are very close to the same its scary.
Both have deimishing (sp) the more target you hit. (HS is physical when HoTR is more Spell per extra add)
AS = Diseases
Its true that we don't have a range attack that hits 3 targets (pally's gylph it) but we do have IT and
Blood Boil
All tank classes are pretty balanced as to what we can do. We just go for different stats. And some use a 2h while others use Sword and Boards.
