How much hp should a bear tank have at lvl 64

A T4/T5 raiding Bear tank at level 70 Pre-LK would have ~20k (at least, that's what I had when I tanked SSC, but I'm pretty bad at this game), They've changed the stamina mechanics since then, but I would think at 64, in Bear form, you could prob be around 10k pretty easily.
My wife has a
level 65 druid
that she never plays (quest gear from up to Terokkar) and she has 7.3k HP in Caster form, which should be close to 10k in Bear with 5-man buffs.
