For probably all pvp, but rogues in particular, there isn't a "rotation" really; it's always going to be situational depending on what class you're facing, how many people you're facing, what type of pvp it is (world, arena, bg, do you have allies? what allies do you have? etc.) There are a few rules of thumb, but really it's about knowing what you have at your disposal and trying not to waste anything unnecessarily.
As subtlety, you've got quite a bit of options at any given point in a fight. Garrote is probably going to be a prime opener most of the time - the silence is great against most classes, and the bleed is good against many others (particularly plate, and other rogues). Since sub has energetic recovery, you definitely want to get a recuperate up very early; it's not a definitive "rule," but I use this most of the time as my first finisher just due to the double utility of heals (and damage reduction with imp. recuperate) plus energy. Keep a bleed up with hemo (or rupture if you have to) for the 10% extra damage regardless of what class you're fighting, and try to hang on to your cooldowns, again dependent on what you're up against.
Fighting another rogue, I tend to save trinket/cloak/vanish for as long as I can, while keeping them bleeding; use rupture/hemo to try to prevent their stealth, and typically I save my shadowstep for kidney shotting them while they have evasion up. Against casters, particularly mage or something that can root you, you want to hang on to your cloak (since you can't reset it with prep), and use your SS/sprint to close gaps when blink is on CD, etc. Keep a little energy pooled for kicks against appropriate classes, know when to run away if you have to. Bleed plates since your eviscerate isn't going to hit very hard; time your dismantle effectively (and remember it's on your glyph of prep if you have that); try to take advantage of FW/MoS for the damage boost against them as well (i.e. vanish offensively if you think it'll help).
A lot of it comes down to knowing what abilities your opponent has at their disposal so they have less opportunity to surprise you, and you can think a few moves ahead to know what CDs you should/shouldn't be using. Just practicing against other players and seeing how they kill you / thinking about what you could have done to turn the tide will probably be more effective than anything I can offer in writing, but hopefully this is at least somewhat useful to you.

In general, I premed-ambush and immediately KS into a shadowdance to either build up CP for recup+Rup(sustained dmg) or burst(evisc all the way).
