Deepholm's downsides are how heavily it's farmed on a lot of servers, and that there's no Pyrite there. I prefer Uldum like Kyonu.

Loop up and down the river in Twilight Highlands, it's quicker run than you'd think and the spawn rates are pretty good. I also go up north to the line near the mountain range. That and it's so much easier than having to worry about the up/down flying in Deepholm >_<

If you are a stealth class, the best place to mine bar none is elementium depths in Twilight Highlands. You can stealth past all the mobs and just stop to farm the nodes.
Also, you can look upon the non stealth classes who have to fight every other mob with pity.
The idea is to drive home the point that non stealth miners should just go back up to the surface where they belong and leave these nodes to us.
I suggest putting name plates on as the twilight miners sometimes seem to blend into the backround. (not to mention if some gold farmer is hacking, you can catch and report them)

This. Nothing can quite compete with Elementium Depths as a stealth-miner, with a bit of luck you'll be getting hundreds of ores in a matter of hour/s
