Hey There. well I'm sort if in the same spot with my paladin. Have "tried" a few heroics. Healing as a paladin in there is stressful to say the least. :P lol. using about 85% of total mana and that's with a +Int Flask. my total mana with that is around 85k and that doesn't seem to be enough. So I think that more gear may be thing for now. I would say maybe 1-2 pieces would even make the diff.

You're ready. I think I healed two raids when I hit 85 in lesser gear than you have on currently. >.<
You're on the low end of gear, and well, you probably know that, but I think you're safe to start.

Imo I think that you are ready to heal heroics and I agree with Dharren if you aren't doing good enough they will kick you and if your doing fine they will keep you. Tanks are better geared now then at the beginning which is very helpful to us healers.
You can only really get better gear by running heroics. Make sure you are running your random regular each day for the JP.
Some helpful tips on healing and this is just a suggestion. Spam Holy Shock it is our #1 heal imo. Cheap and instant cast with a short GCD. I know people are telling you to use word of glory in 5 mans and I do in 5man heroics but start trying to use light of dawn. You will use this WAY more in raids because of the plus healing you give to your beaconed target. Mana is a problem for all healers and I am ilvl350 and I can still have trouble healing heroics depending on the group(mainly dumb dps lolz). Also make sure the tank is using CC's sometimes tanks will run in and start trying to down 6 high dmg dealing mobs with no CC. This is no longer viable to do in must situations so just talk with your tank/
My next suggestion is to come up with a list of items you want from heroics and from JP so that after you run your random heroic for the day for valor points you can start trying to focus on the ones that drop the most gear for you. HoO is a great one cause it drops trinkets, best pre raid weapon, cloak, and chest piece.
Hope this helps. Cheers and Good Luck

Do the holiday boss for the 346 neck and que it up. Gear looks good overall and the new neck can't hurt :)
Don't get discouraged if you get kicked after a boss wipe even if it's not your fault. Crappy DPS that die because they can't move out of bad stuff love to blame the healer. I would definitely que up for heroic BRC for
Torturer's Mercy
every chance you get. Drops from the first boss and only takes like 10 minutes to get to and kill it.
Also remember in the next patch (4.0.6) bosses in regular 85 dungeons (Grim Batol, HoO & Lost City) will drop JPoints making gearing up a little easier as well.
EDIT: Don't forget to work on Ramkahen and The Earthen Ring reputation for:
Peacemaker's Breastplate
World Keeper's Gauntlets
Sun King's Girdle
Drystone Greaves
