Making Altoholic and Aurora Play Nicely

I'm using Aurora, a skin-everything mod, and Altoholic. Aurora replaces the default frame skins with transparent skins and then lays its own custom skin on top of the transparent one. When using both add-ons together, my Altoholic frame is transparent and my OCD can't take it. aurora.lua describes how to skin any add-on using /framestack, and that's what I've done here:
elseif addon == "Altoholic" then
Aurora.CreateBD("AltoholicFrame")
Aurora.CreateSD("AltoholicFrame")
Aurora.Reskin("AltoholicFrame")
Aurora.Reskin("AltoholicTabSummary")
Aurora.Reskin("AltoholicFrameCloseButton")
Aurora.Reskin("AltoholicFrame_SearchButton")
Aurora.Reskin("AltoholicFrame_ResetButton")
for i = 1, 5 do
local tab = _G
Aurora.CreateTab(tab)
end
...
I think Altoholic is overriding the Aurora function, but I don't know. I'm afraid my solution lies in altering .xml files, but I wanted to get some advice before I go mucking around in there.
Anyone know how to get these add-ons to play nicely?

I hate to bump, but I'm bumping. I'll post something about the .xml file here after I'm done fiddling around.
