You are unable to use health and mana potions on other players. You can use healing spells however.
If in a raid as a warlock, your primary responsibility is to deal as much damage to the boss as possible, and to ensure you avoid any damage to yourself. The health of the other raid members is the healers responsibility.

and often find it better to just
try to heal other players
than to get too close to the fighting during raids.
