If your warrior is a tank, I'd suggest tanking your way to 80 then questing to 85.

Alternatively, you could also do random battlegrounds from 66 to 75. Once you hit 75, then start hitting dungeons (it's very impractical to do battlegrounds in the 75-79 bracket since it's a bunch of level 79s running around in Cata greens). Remember to buy gear at level 70 with honor and if you have the money, use the auction house for gear (or craft gear if possible).

I tend to go with "questing while sitting in the dungeon queue as DPS" method of leveling.
This generally gives me enough time to unwind after a group with a bad tank/trigger happy DPS/lazy healers... when I chain queue as heal/tank, I suddenly get an overwhelming desire to smite the entirety of humanity.
I'll just grab all the quests I can in a zone, plot out my course on the map, and go to town slaughtering murlocs or boars or whatever gets in the way of my mission.

If you are familiar with the questing paths, questing is probably the fastest. I have been leveling a lvl 78 protection pally and while dungeons ´feel´fast with instant queues, the exp really is not that great per run, even with 3 heirlooms (chest, shoulders. back) and they are extremely boring after having done the same dungeons for 2 years on my other characters.
I was actually sick to death of questing in Northrend after taking 9 other alts already through the quests, so I am taking the slow approach. I log in each day and do the cooking daily followed by a random dungeon for the JP. Total it takes me about 30 minutes. I am now doing wotlk normal dungeons in cata greens (which are the equivalent of wotlk endgame epics)... it is absurdly overpowered.

3 options:
Quests/Mob Grinding, Dungeons, Battlegrounds.
Those are your only options really...I suggest questing and dungeons, unless you like PVP, then i'd do BGs and questing. Do something that allows you to quest as well, it's fastest most of the time.

This.
By collecting and handing in as many quests as possibly in an efficient manner, you are able to average one level per hour.

Agreed. If you get bored go ahead and suppliment some relief with a BG or random instance but stick to leveling.
