Firstly you mention melee stats... What on earth does melee have to do with a ranged spell caster? Anyway Haste is an obvious one, it's very important for every class, and while I'm not sure exactly how much you need to get the next tick on SW:P, it's definitely a goal to aim for. Hit is also very important, and if you are spec'd for it spirit can also count as hit rating (although that does mean you miss out on a good chunk of another stat like mastery, haste or crit). You need I think 4% for pvp and 17% for raid bosses. Dungeon bosses I believe are 6% at max level. Intellect is fairly obvious, not only does it increase your mana pool but it gives you 1 point of spell power for each point of Int. Mastery, as I understand it, is quite strong for spriests right now. And crit, as usual, is rather weak due the the nature of RNG. Other than the bonus from mind spike there is not real advantage for spriests from crit.
