Are you asking if there is a difference between a Normal Block vs. a Crit Block? I haven't really seen anything that would allow me to tell the difference.

I'm not sure if I get the question right either, but I can explain how Critical Block chance would work for you. You gain 1.5% chance to Block and to Critical Block per point of Mastery. You have ~55.5% block (from Mastery & talents). Critical Block doesn't appear in the tooltip, but we can calculate that with your 22.34 Mastery you gain ~33.5% Critical Block chance. Then there's also Hold the Line, that talent that increases Crit Block chance by an additional 10% after parrying an attack, but I won't take that into account for now.
When you are attacked by a level 85 creature there's a 95% chance you'll be hit and a 5% chance for the attack to miss you completely. You then have ~25% chance to avoid the attack (dodge/parry) and 55.5% chance that you will Block the attack. If you succesfully Block there's a 33.5% chance this attack's damage is reduced by 60% (so it's a Critical Block) and a 66.5% chance for a normal 30% damage Block. Let's neglect enemy miss chance for now:
Critical Block: 55.5% * 33.5% = 18.6%
Normal Block: 55.5% * 66.5% = 36.9%
Parry/Dodge: = 25%
Regular hit: = 19.5%
This figure changes when you activate Shield Block. This ability increases your chance to Block by 25% and this pushes the regular hit off the table completely. The remaining 4.5% block chance is not wasted but it is added to Crit Block chance instead.
Critical Block: 75% * 38% = 28.5%
Normal Block: 75% * 62% = 46.5%
Parry/Dodge: = 25%
When fighting a raid boss (lvl 88) and with buffs these values will be slightly different though, but I hope you get the picture of how Critical Block works.

It's pretty easy to see if something was a normal block or a crit block. Normal blocks are 30% and critical blocks are 60%, therefore if the damage you took is greater than the amount blocked then it was a normal block. If it was less it was a crit block.
Example:
Orge swings and hits you for 5600 damage (2400 blocked).
Orge swings and hits you for 3200 damage (4800 blocked).

if you have the "miks scrolling combat text" or just review your data log, you can see if you simply blocked, or crit blocked an attack.. but of course as long as i don't go 100 to 0 when i am tanking, then i am happy.
