Haste and Mastery values for both SV and MM?

So I've switched to dual spec SV and MM but only have access to one set of gear. Anyone have any suggestions for an acceptable value of haste and mastery for both specs so I can use the same gear during a raid and switch inbetween?
I heard 757 was a good SV haste value so you can weave in 3x cobras between each ES. And I'm not even sure about the correct value of haste for MM. I've heard 700 here on the wowhead forums and ~901 or something on EJ that allows 2x Aimed Shots between CS's while keeping SSx2 procs up.
As for mastery, SV's has it as the lowest priority, but MM has much more use for it with extra shots. Generally this is the leftover stat after Agi, Hit, Crit, and Haste but I can at least tweak the Haste value.
I don't have 4PT11 or even close so that's out of the picture. I need concrete haste and mastery values that's a good middle ground for SV and MM. Thoughts?

One thing to keep in mind is that as you hard cast Aimed Shot, you'll be firing less shots overall - no Auto Shots while casting, a reset Auto Shot timer once Aimed Shot has fired, and fewer to no Arcane Shots. This reduces your shot total, thus lowering the affect of Mastery as a stat for MM.
I wont give any hard numbers right now, but I'd continue to think that with a hard cast rotation for Aimed Shot, Crit and Haste are the two stats you'll want to focus on, leaving Mastery, even after its buff in 4.0.6 off your gear when possible.
As to what amount of haste would be a "soft cap" for MM, I'm unaware even if there is such a thing. Haste will still increase in value by lowering Aimed Shots cast time. I would think that if we continue to use Hard Cast rotations, haste and crit will compete for top dog when it comes to stats.
Though bear in mind that they've announced intentions to nerf Aimed Shot, leading me to believe that we'll most likely only use it hard cast during the first 20% of a boss fight due to amazing synergy between itself and Careful Aim, and once the mob hits 79%, we'll go back to using Arcane Shot as a focus dump.
As for your gear, it is my belief that Mastery is still the lowest stat for all three specs - still providing a benefit, yet not enough to surpass crit and haste. I'll look into it and see if I can come up with some solid numbers and see what, if any haste plateaus the new Aimed Shot hard cast rotation will have.
*Edit* Digging around the MM thread on Elitist Jerks, it's looking like you'll want to keep your haste above 10% on top of buffs and Path Finding. The intent is to keep a solid rotation of two Aimed Shots while keeping the Improved Steady Shot buff active.
During the CA phase:
- My analysis shows that while under the effects of RF that it is definitely beneficial to forgo CS and SrS damage with a AS-AS-SS-SS-SS rotation being optimal with the MMM AI proc replacig one of the hardcast AIs. The damage of AI over the RF cast time is so much larger than the combined CS and SrS damage.
- While under the effects of Bloodlust, you are kind of on a cusp, where it is about even DPS either way and which is better depends on your specific stats. The optimal rotation seems to be AI-SS-SS with just adding in the MMM AI proc when it occurs.
- While under no dynamic haste effect, it is best to still use CS and SrS, I am still analyzing this scenario.
During the Standard phase:
- About 10% haste seems ideal without the T11 4-set bonus and about 10.8% with it, but this is still under analysis.
- Without the T11 4-set and no dynamic haste effects, it appears that firing CS of CD is best with a cycle like:
CS-SS-SS-AI-SS-SS-SS (shot order is flexible) with MMM procs replacing the extra SS
- With the T11 4-set and no dynamic haste effects, it appears that a cycle that casts CS late just to refresh SrS is best with a cycle like:
CS-SS-SS-AI-SS-SS-SS-AI-SS-SS-SS (with order flexibility) with MM procs replacing an extra SSs
- During RF, the best rotation seems to be around a 12s CS cycle with:
CS-AI-SS-SS-SS-AI-AI-SS-SS-SS-SS (flexible order) with MM procs replacing an extra SSs
In general terms, if you have the recommended amount of haste, you will at least approximate the ideal rotations by doing 1 or 2 focus costing specials then sufficient SS to regen focus.
