I never had my latency go past 120. Eventually I got Leatrix, and it went down to 70.

1 person a day posts about high latency.so no,it isnt just me
One person a day is guaranteed to QQ that a class is bad, that the same class is OP and that that same class is ruined forever. Which one is right?

i dont know,but id believe someone posting about high latency when they called there isp and there isp said everything was fine on there end
I wouldn't. I've never had latency issues on fault of Blizzard. It's always been my ISP, me being on a wireless network, etc.
A number of things to consider before QQ'ing about your latency.
1. Is the server I play on located geographically near me?
2. Am I on a wireless network?
3. Do I have trouble playing other games online?
4. How fast is my internet?
5. How stringent is my firewall/AV?
6. Do I share my internet with other people?
7. Have I scanned my computer lately?
8. Do I have other programs up in the background?
All of those can affect latency. I highly suggest you answer each of those questions before continuing

I haven't experienced any sort of lag, at all. And the only problems I've had with latency is because I decide to download some stuff at the same time. Other than that, I've had <200ms since I started back up 2 months ago.
And I play on a laptop, with the server location being in New York (where as I live in Alberta, Canada), and I usually have youtube/a movie on. Either way, it's you.

1 person a day also posts about how they think every other class should be nerfed.
Does that make it correct?
When I used to play WoW on dialup (Yeah, 56k), I would sit around 4-500 latency. Now that I'm in an area that offers decent broadband, I sit at < 100-300 depending on how the stars align.
It's a combination of your provider and Blizzard's service, but its mainly your provider.

yesterday i had a latency of 8 ms, is that even normal ? normaly its 70-110....
