Void is good to pull if you run into heavy cleave teams, more often in 2's, since you'll still want the spell lock for healers/casters in 3's. Void also ups your stealth detection while you use consume shadows (his self heal).
Succy is useful, but seduce shares DR with fear so it just kinda frees you up to do other stuff while "casting fear" on someone.
Imp is good for the defensive dispel, but that's about it.
Use soul burns to pull a new felhunter after you spell lock a healer and for your Healthstones when you're getting trained. I don't really think you need the speed boost with your port as often, but it's situational.

I feel like it needs to be said that the Imp can still do some potent damage in addition to its defensive dispel. That is, of course, for Destro. I would agree with your argument regarding the Imp for Aff.
Typically all I have out is the Fel Hunter, since it synergizes really well with Aff PvP in general. Yes, the Voidwalker bubble is nice but by no means required and doesn't mean it should become your pet of choice. The Succubus is kind of mid-way: if you like it, play with it, if you don't, don't. I don't think that your choice of pet (between Succubus and Felhunter) is going to affect your success in PvP as much as other factors.

Almost always run felhunter. Sometimes if we're getting close to a kill in 2s/3s on BEM or Sewers I'll instasummon the succubus to whiplash someone off bridge/top level to prevent the peels or heals.
