As the title says, I've got a question about
Deadly Calm
.
If you use it at, say, 100 rage, does it give
Executes
the bonus damage with higher rage?
Sorry if it's a confusing question, can't really figure out how to explain it better and too tired to even re-read my post. Halp.

You could go try it on a target dummy you know.

is it ideal to use deadly calm at 100 rage though?

yeah, hard to test this one on a dummy. but i don't think any of these answers are quite correct.
unless it has recently changed, i believe the interaction is this:
removes the base cost of the spell, in this case, 10 rage
however,
Execute
also has the ability to convert 20 additional rage into damage and that is not reduced by DC.
i would still not use DC at 100 rage though, it's too wasteful. even if you use it at 20 or so rage, it's going to quickly build up and you should still get full power executes throughout DC's duration.

If it counts as a 30 rage execute during dealy calm then i wouldn't use it.
Say that you have 100 rage then it would be better to use the executes as normal, you would get around 4 fully charged executes, then blow deadly calm, get 1 somewhat weaker one and the next ones will be the stronger versions, after DC wears off just proceed to spamming the normal executes.
Imo it would be a waste to use it at 100 rage.
