Resto Buff - Did I miss it?

Looking over the 4.1 PTR notes and no mention of the 10% -> 25% buff to purification. Was it hotfixed and just doesn't display properly or am I just missing it?
I see people on the forums asking this same question though. If they buffed our healing and just didn't change the tooltip (usually don't until patches), I barely even noticed.
Anyone out there see and feel it?

Yes it was supposedly hotfixed. And no, I do not feel it.

The only "noticeable" difference for me was UE+GHW can now crit for over 60k, whereas before I would only see it in the 50s at most. It also seems noticeable on the healing meters, but I upgraded some gear recently so it's hard to tell the true root cause.

Thought if you check Purification you don't noticeably see 25% on the tooltip. You still see 10% which concerns me. I didn't notice much from my healing, even though I'm undergeared, but I should still see SOME difference.

The buff did go live, a few weeks ago. Tooltips never seem to get updated during hotfixes.

I gotta admit I feel the buff a little, bigger crit etc, but I seem to oom a bit more compared to my resto druid.
Of course. Druids have the fewest mana issues. Their top stat for healing isn't even Int or Spirit... it's Haste.

anyone else seeing on the 4.1 notes that they are removing the "Direct" part of the Mastery buff? making it read where its a flat boost to all healing?

Of course. Druids have the fewest mana issues. Their top stat for healing isn't even Int or Spirit... it's Haste. No it isn't. The top stat for every healing class is Intellect. The next priority for druids is to get to just over 1200 haste for 2 extra Lifebloom ticks. Spirit doesn't give druids any magical special super mana regen bonus. Resto Druids do get
Replenishment
which is up 100% of the time as we will always have lifebloom rolling on someone which is of course a HUGE bump to regen. But in a raid environment the other healers as well as caster DPS would be getting this buff as well.
When the additional 15% bonus healing was hotfixed I noticed higher crits on my shaman but didn't really notice a big overall jump on healing meters though. Maybe it's because I'm healing less often but for 15% more so it all evens out? Don't know.

$%^&. Yeah. It won't change my stat priority much (916 haste > 20% crit > rest in mastery), but it's a very welcome change.
