I've done a bit of researching on the internet and can't find a good guide for leveling as Holy. I have a level 42 Blood Elf -
Taylór which I have nicked Mace, Shoulders, Chest and 2x Trinkets. The rest are from when I was questing ages ago as Ret.
I just want a bit of a good spell rotation/ priority for each 10 level range. I can get the cookie cutter spec and just move up the list as I get new skill points. I can work out what stats to look for.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
PS - I have access to max level Enchanting, Tailoring, Skinning and LW. I will be leveling Mining and BS/JC on this toon. This toon will be a in small guide but will probably buy more heirloom from my main. I want to level through LFD.
If you're asking about a healing rotation/priority list, there really isn't one just use Judgment every CD for mana, Holy Shock every CD for Holy Power, Word of Glory when you need to, pref. at 3HP and use Holy Light and your "filler" heal. You should only be using Flash of Light if some will die in the next ~2sec, Divine Light if someone needs big heals in a relatively short amount of time and make sure to keep Beacon of Light up on the tank or a dps that keeps pulling aggro
Edit -- Here's a
Talent Build to get you started.
Multiple other edits -- Because i can't make up my mind and keep adding stuff D:

No Holy is not the best leveling spec, though it is admirable that you want to try. It is possible to level as a
Holy Paladin and here is a guide. Use Battleground weekends and Dungeon Finder to your advantage, quest only when you can't max xp in those two.
I would try this until level 30. At that point you may want to dual spec into
Protection and level this way, as it will speed thing up. If nothing else it will give you a viable second option to speed up leveling. Good luck!
