The Tier 1 Arms talent "Field Dressing" states that Rank 2 of the talent increases all healing by 6% and self-healing abilities by another 20%. I've read the comments on its page and it's still vague. Are self-healing racials like the Draenei's Gift Of The Naaru or the Forsaken's Cannibalize affected? What about Victory Rush? I'd assume bandages receive the extra 20% since the icon for the skill itself is a bandage.
I really need this since I'm roleplaying a Forsaken warrior and would rather not roll around in burning agony every time the priest or paladin heals me.

Self healing racials shouldnt be affected. Just your class skills:
Blood craze, enraged regen, victory rush.
No clue about bandages - you are free to test in game.
