everything is your main healing tool. seriously, i use literally everything in a raid setting. Donnymuphs guide is the best your gonna get unless you step into a raid and actually do it. we can't spoon feed you experience

If you didn't read the 3-4 pages of replies, you didn't get everything out of the guide. Much more than just my own brainpower went into putting that together.
As a very,
very
basic starting point for raid-healing, I would say use Chakra: Sanctuary, keep Renew on the tanks at all times, use Prayer of Mending and Circle of Healing on cooldown, and in between times, use Prayer of Healing to deal with AoE damage or Renew to deal with spot damage.
But that is only the bare minimum, brainless stuff. Healing is a little bit predictive, a little bit reactive, and a lot of practice.

Can't remember who's signature has it, but I remember reading that "tanking is a job, DPS is a science, and healing is an
art
".
Just like with all artists, you can only be given the basics and you gotta figure out your own style from there.

Yes, can't remember who it is either, but he's always had the same sig. 'Tis a good one.

You're thinking of Cloudp's signature.

That's the one.

When I do raid heals about half my healing is due to Renew.
State of Mind is useless. Spend the points just anywhere else.
My personal choice is 1/2 Twister Faith. It gets me hit capped even on bosses. Great for Mass Dispels.
