Just go with a random one. With an average item level of 337 you will be fine.
Just make sure you know the bosses, mark CC and a kill order for trash and don't stand in fire ;)

Adding to what everyone has said, if you don't know a particular fight, speak out before the fight. You'll get at least one person that will explain its workings to you. And if you run into a group that just says 'kick the noob tank', well, then let them kick. You don't want to tank for them anyway.

one thing tho... i havent seen any cc. maybe its not needed when dps is hitting over 15K, i dunno...
it felt like the wotlk where i pulled all room and we burned down all mobs.
well maybe not all room, but you know, without cc any of them.
Yeah, I see less and less CC all the time. Mostly it isn't needed. However, there are a couple of really damage intensive fights, e.g., Deadmines that no one seems to CC anymore either. I will be chaining HT on the tank rather than Nourish.

Thrash doesnt require any cc
One could argue every damaging ability doesn't require CC. Oh, you were talking about
trash
.
Edit: See LookOut? I told you that this typo existed.

BRC is one of the easiest instances i can think of.
Thrash doesnt require any cc, half of job is done by Raz.
Corla may be little tricky with slack/idiot/newb dps, but thats about it.
Mister "Run-me-through-fire-1-more-time-and-ill-eat-you-up-yum-yum"
Karsh Steelbender
wants to have a word with you. The amount of fail is simply
astonishing
. Yet its simple mechanic; that should take no more than a few tries to learn. (debuff-watching aint that hard right?)

I R Disappoint >.<
To add to what Badaccus said about Steelbender, Beauty requires CC. Unless you want to kite around all the time and have melee dodge the lava puddles 24/7 ...
But ofc he's skippable. Just like all bosses in SFK are easymode (especially after Baron Ashbury's nerf), except for the third boss which is skippable as well.

Agreeing with LookOut here, but skipping bosses feels so lame... =/
And i really hate when people just say "skip!" and run past a boss. Kinda makes me wanna AFK for 10 minutes, grab a coffee, take a leak, walk the dog, basically anything.
And i really never got why people want to skip something they have problems with instead of
learning
the fight. Sure, some take really high dps, but only if you want to try to bypass a mechanic, or burn a boss before a certain phase, but when people still have green items, no gems, enchants, sub-perfect specc and glyph setup, you really cant demand 15k dps.
but of course everything is
waaay
different comparing pugs to a guild-group.

Agreed. I only do it myself when I've been wiping on a certain boss for ages in a pug (Beauty without any good CC was one of em. Probably even the only one ...)

The difficulty of heroics is inversely proportional to the amount of CC you have.
When Ghostcrawler said they were hard, he meant if you run with three Death Knights as your DPS.
TLDR: Bring CC and any heroic is faceroll like Wrath was. Just hope your healer doesn't suck on the boss fights.
