If you manage to line up innervate with all those procs (you probably need perfect planetary alignment for that), by all means, go for it.
I always try to avoid potion use as far as possible. If you can line up even one more proc with
Pattern of Light
, it'll be pretty terrific. I would suggest not using
Volcanic Potion
, just so that you have the option of using a mana potion (either concentration or not) later on.

I'm pretty sure that you can time your first innervate which won't waste mana gained with all these procs. Try casting something for 10 min, and record procs - I'm almost confident there's addon for that.
Assumptions: your talent spec(0/3 furor and 3/3 HotW); MotW; using innervate when all 3 are active; my math is correct.
a) additionally using Volcanic Potion. It makes (580+500+1926+1200)*1.05*1.06=4681 int, which gives additional 4681*15*0.2=14044 mana regenered with that innervate;
b) not using Volcanic Potion. It makes (580+500+1926)*1.05*1.06=3346 int, which gives additional 3346*15*0.2=10037 mana regenered with that innervate. The difference of 4007 mana is less than Mythical Mana Potion gives.
So there's no need for Volcanic Potion before Innervate.
Edit. Seems like It can be simplified to: you gain additional X int as buff, which translates to additional (X+1200)*1.05*1.06*15*0.2=3.339X+4007 mana during innervate with Volcanic Potion, and X*1.05*1.06*15*0.2=3.339X mana during innervate without Volcanic Potion. Again, difference of 4007 mana is less than MNythical Potion gives.
