/castrandom will not choose a different attack every time you hit it if the selected ability is on cooldown. Because they didn't want what you're trying to do to work any more.
The closest you can get to a "one button" experience will require modifier keys:
/startattack
/cast !Heroic Strike
/cast Execute; Victory Rush; Bloodthirst;

Macros cannot check if an ability is on cooldown. The game is already easy enough, so why does it need to be easier?
If you have a set opener, then you can castsequence it:
/castsequence A, B, C, D
...obviously replacing the letters with the name of the spell to cast.

Wow, this is way above anything I'm able to comprehend and I thank you so much. I need to learn more about this.
Is it possible to make commands that allow priority one moves? Like "Do not cast this unless blah blah blah". And I do realize that it is impossible to make macros that can read the battle condition's status and based on that status make a command. For example, if the enemy's health bar reaches 20%, do this.
What I am now looking for is "If bloodthirst is on cooldown, cast heroic strike. If heroic strike is on cooldown, cast whatever other spell that is usefull on my terms."
Thank you :)
As has been said by many people on these forums, "Macros cannot play the game for you.".
You'll have to make due with modifier macros or castsequence ones, and even those aren't simple 1-button fun solutions.
